Sterling Silver Broad Flower Filigree Dreidel

A delightful creation in pure sterling silver, this dreidel is shaped like an open flower with intricate filigree designing on its petals. The four letters of the Hebrew alphabet nun, gimel, hey, peh (denoting the phrase 'Nes Gadol Hayah Po' – A Great Miracle Happened Here) are an integral part of the pattern. The use of dreidels is an important tradition of the Jewish Hanukkah celebrations. The filigree art on the dreidel is a fine example of Yemenite silversmithing.
