Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that every piece leaving our studio meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. If, however, there is ever an issue with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds & Exchanges

Items may be returned for repair, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy below.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned only after contacting our customer service team and receiving return instructions.

How to Initiate a Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us First
   Submit a request through the Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery. Our team will provide specific return instructions.

(Depending on the item, incorrect shipping may result in customs delays or holds, which we aim to avoid.)

1. Secure Packaging
   Ship the item back in protective packaging to ensure safe return transit.
2. Return Confirmation
   Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange.
3. Processing Time
   Please allow 1–2 weeks for return processing once the item has arrived.
4. Exchanges
   If exchanging for an item of different value, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Return Conditions

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below, as well as the general terms governing the use of our website and purchase of our products.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.
• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• All original packaging, documentation, and tags must be included.
• Items returned damaged or missing parts (not due to Baltinester Jewelry) may incur repair costs, deducted from the refund.
• Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• A restocking fee of 10% of the item value will be deducted from the refund. It goes towards covering inspection, handling, shipping and processing charges.
• Refunds are issued for the item price only, excluding shipping fees.

International Orders

• We ship internationally and make every effort to provide clear return instructions for cross-border shipments.
• Customers are responsible for complying with all customs regulations when returning items.
• Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are non-refundable.
• Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for refunds outside this policy.

Customs, Shipping & Labeling

• Items that are improperly labeled or packaged may incur customs release or collect-shipment charges.
• Such charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
• If these charges exceed the refund value, Baltinester Jewelry reserves the right to refuse payment.
• To avoid this, customers must follow the exact return instructions provided by our team.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Items with diamonds
• Engraved or personally inscribed pieces
• Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired by a jeweler other than Baltinester Jewelry
• Used, worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items
• Gold and Jewish wedding rings, which are custom-made to size per order

Each Baltinester Jewelry piece is handcrafted using precious materials. Natural variations, subtle imperfections, and gentle wear over time are part of the authenticity and character of fine jewelry and Judaica.
