Handcrafted Ancient Roman Glass Rings
Rings carry Roman glass in a particularly personal way. The stone sits on the hand where it catches light all day, and the small size of most fragments suits the proportions of a ring. Our Roman glass ring collection has grown organically over decades; each piece in the workshop reflects what works best in this format, refined by what our customers actually come back for.
The collection covers three main constructions. Low-profile bands set the Roman glass flush with a wide gold or silver shank, producing a ring that feels comfortable and modern; this style suits daily wear and stacks well with other rings. Statement cocktail rings raise the stone on a sculpted gallery, often paired with a halo of diamonds or accent metalwork to frame the patina. Adjustable rings, produced in sterling silver with an open back, are popular as gifts because they fit a range of finger sizes without resizing.
Every Roman glass ring is genuine archaeological material, licensed by the Israel Antiquities Authority and documented with a certificate of authenticity. The setting protects the patina from contact with hand creams and cleaners; we recommend removing the ring before swimming or applying lotion. Each ring is sized to order, photographed individually, and shipped worldwide from our Jerusalem workshop. Hebrew engraving inside the band can be added at checkout.
