Personalized Gold & Silver Hebrew Name Necklace

A Hebrew name necklace is the personalized jewelry piece you can wear anywhere without explanation and have it still mean something. To most people, the letters read as beautiful. To anyone who reads Hebrew, they read as your name. That double effect (universally attractive, personally specific) is what makes a Hebrew name necklace one of the most requested gifts we make.

Our Hebrew name necklaces fall into three main styles. The classic format is the single-name pendant: your Hebrew name shaped as a continuous piece of gold or silver, suspended on a fine chain, with each letter connected to the next. The second is the layered or vertical name, where the letters stack as a column rather than running across, giving a more architectural look. The third is the multi-name necklace, where two or three Hebrew names share a chain (a parent's two children, a couple's combined names, siblings).

Script matters. Torah script (ktav ashurit) is the classical block lettering of the Torah scroll, with squared edges and traditional proportions; it reads as serious and rooted. Modern cursive Hebrew is rounder, lighter, and feels more contemporary. Both can be produced in any of our metals. We use the correct sofit form of the final-letter set (kaf, mem, nun, peh, tzadi) when a letter falls at the end of a name.

Metals include solid 14K yellow, white, and rose gold, 18K gold for heirloom pieces, and hand-stamped sterling silver for everyday wear at an accessible price. Diamonds can be set as accents (above or between letters, or as a single stone after the name). For names that originated outside Hebrew, we will work from any standard transliteration you provide, or suggest the most common version of an English name in Hebrew letters.

Every Hebrew name necklace is made to order in our Jerusalem workshop, and we send you a digital preview of the Hebrew spelling and script before production starts. Production typically takes ten to fourteen business days, with worldwide shipping from Jerusalem after that. Chain length, finish, and engraving on the reverse can all be customized at checkout. If you are uncertain how a name should be spelled in Hebrew, our team is happy to advise.
