This wonderful piece is made of a heavy weight sterling silver setting with a large silver bail enabling the use of any chosen chain, and an ancient bronze coin from the first century CE.
This authentic coin features a Temble Urn, bearer of olive oil to be used for the Temple Menorah, which at that time still stood. It is typical of coins from that time to have Jewish symbols on them, from Maccabean coins and Bar Kochva coins to even coins of procurators of ancient Judea.
Together with the fine silver setting, this Masada Coin Pendant is an incredible piece of jewelry and history.
