Inscribed around the rim in beautiful bold letters, is the verse from the Song of Songs “Ani L’dodi Ve Dodi Li” meaning – “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine.” These words, as all of the Song of Songs, represent the everlasting love between God and the Jewish people.
